Calendula (Marigold Flower) Petals – Best Botanicals for Soap and Bath Bombs

Our calendula flower petals are a beautiful bright yellow color with a subtle floral/earthy scent. Calendula is often used in lotions and body products because of its skin-softening properties. Calendula is thought to help with skin irritation and inflammation, among other conditions*.

Common Uses:

  • Create a floral bath tub soak.
  • Mix with Everyday Bath Tea blend to enhance your bath tea.
  • Use as a botanical additive in soap, bath bombs and more.
  • Make your own potpourri.
  • Grind calendula petals to create a natural yellow pigment – great for dyeing natural soap and other products.

1 pound = approximately 20 cups

Recommended Aroma Additives:
Adding oil directly to this product may cause mold and/or fungal growth. If you desire to scent the petals with fragrance or essential oils, we suggest making scented bath salts with tapioca starch or baking soda. Once fully dried, blend with the calendula petals. 

Physical Form: Dried yellow flower petals. Petals only – not whole flowers.

Storage: Store in an airtight container in the freezer for best shelf life.
Best Used By: One year from date of purchase. 
Shelf Life Once Used in Manufacturing: One year from manufacturing date.
